WE WILL ATTACK KYIV: SELF-PROCLAIMED GOVERNOR OF LUHANSK REGION

One of the main tasks of Luhansk separatists is Kyiv. “People’s governor” of Luhansk region Valeriy Bolotov has made such statement.

“The task of our headquarters is to attack. We will not wait till we are surrounded and burned. This means we are going to Kyiv. "We" means the whole Southeast,” self-proclaimed governor stated.

He also emphasizes that they will not negotiate with Kyiv authorities and calls all “non-Luhansk” forces to leave Luhansk region.

“All employees of the force agencies, who are not citizens of Luhansk region should leave its territory until 06:00pm. Commanders of all units of police, SSU, army of Luhansk region should immediately come to the headquarters of the Southeast army to take an oath of allegiance to the people of Luhansk region,” Bolotov stated.
