THE UKRAINIAN AUTHORITIES WON'T HOLD TALKS WITH TERRORISTS, TURCHYNOV


The Ukrainian authorities are ready to hold talks with activists and the entrepreneurs of Donbas but they won't negotiate with terrorists. This was reported by the interim President of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov.


The Head of the Government Arseniy Yatsenyuk has emphasized the law enforcement officers are trying to protect the lives and heath of the people within the anti-terrorist operation.
The official Kyiv recalls the amnesty, announced for the residents of the eastern regions. However, it will be applied only to those who will lay down their arms voluntary and clear the building, and who was not involved in the murders and other serious crimes - Oleksandr Turchynov noticed.
