Parliament adopts law on partial mobilization

 
 The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a Ukrainian presidential decree on partial mobilization, reads a statement posted on the website of the Ukrainian parliament.
According to the document, partial mobilization is carried out in all regions of Ukraine and Kyiv within 45 days from the day the decree takes effect.
"The conscription of persons liable to military service, including reservists, and the delivery of vehicles to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and other military formations of Ukraine will be carried out in the volume determined by mobilization plans, taking into account the reserve," reads the decree.
The document also creates the conditions for the additional staffing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and other military formations Ukraine with persons liable to military service according to the needs, in order to ensure the formation of military territorial defense units.
Svoboda faction leader Oleh Tiahnybok said earlier that at a meeting on May 6 the Verkhovna Rada approved a law that helps demobilize conscripts who served 45 days and carry out a rotation.
