SSU CONFIRMS RF MILITARY PARTICIPATION DURING ATO IN THE EAST OF UKRAINE

According to the head of SSU Valentin Nalyvaichenko, Russian military have indeed participated in the fights with the Ukrainian security forces within ATO in the east of Ukraine.

“People are fulfilling their oath till the end, the fire to defeat is being carried out, foreign military from the Russian Federation are involved. We are confirming it: foreign military, coming from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. People who live there are under serious information influence and do not fully trust the efforts of the SSU and Defense Ministry law-enforcement bodies, which are directed to only liquidate terrorists,” he said.

Nalyvaichenko emphasized that all operations in the east of the country are maximally restrained by security forces. Ukrainians do everything to avoid casualties among peaceful population.
