Putin endorses presidential elections in Ukraine

The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin supposes the forthcoming presidential elections in Ukraine to be "a step in the right direction".

"But these elections will mean nothing if all the people of Ukraine don't understand how their rights will be guaranteed", Putin stressed during his press conference with the OSCE Chairman Didier Burkhalter.
