Odesa city council has declared a three days' mourning for the people, killed in a fire and clashes on May 2.
The Department of Information and public relations of the Odesa City Council reports the mourning will last from May 3 to May 5.
The State flags of Ukraine and Odesa city flags will be at half-mast with the mourning ribbons over the municipal institutions.
It is noticed in the statement that city council recommends all enterprises, institutions and organizations to limit the use of music and carrying out of the entertainment, irrespective of the form of ownership.
