Ukrainian flag again over Alchevsk City Hall

Ukrainian flag was again raised over Alchevsk City Council.

As Channel 5 informs, a group of local Ukrainian patriots has hoisted the flag after negotiating with the supporters of self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic.

They agreed with separatists that only flags of Ukraine and the city will hang above the Mayor's Office.
