Terrorists have taken conscript soldiers from Luhansk enlistment office to unknown destiation

The reporters Oksana Lashchenova and iryna Kozyryeva informs the conscript soldiers were taken from the Lenin enlistment office of Luhansk to the unknown destination.
The Interior troops' soldiers were taken from the enlistment office by the representatives of "South East Army" by buses.
The captured arms were given to Berkut soldiers who support the separatists.
The National Security and Defense Council Secretary have reported the negotiations are also held with the people who took two hostages in the Luhansk Security Service Office building.
