Council of Europe reported about the release of OSCE international military observers in Slovyansk, they will be transferred to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland.
According to the spokesperson of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Daniel Holtgen, former Ombudsman of Russia Volodymyr Lukin will transfer the OSCE observers to Jagland this morning at the entrance on the city’s border.
“Jagland and Lukin agreed to go together to Slovyansk with the general mission on human rights to release international military observers,” Holtgen said.
