Names of 14 victims of Odesa clashes are circulated

Police don't publish the names of people who died in the clashes in Odesa on May 2. However the local residents have circulated the first names by themselves

At the moment the names of 14 victims are published. Five of them died from gunshot wounds, 4 have fallen from the Trade Unions building to their death. All these victims were the local residents.

At the same time Interior Ministry and Security Service deny to name names referring to the investigatory privilege.

1. Biryukov Andriy, born 1978 – gunshot wound,

2. Brozhevskiy Andriy, 1987 – fell to the death,

3. Bukajh Viktor, 1956 – fell to the death,

4. Varenikina Anna, 1955 – choke on smoke,

5. Yegorskyi Mykola, 1976 – gunshot wound,

6. Zhulkov Oleksandr, 1968 – gunshot wound,

7. Ivanov Ihor, 1987 – gunshot wound,

8. Kalyn Anatoliy, 1976 – fell to the death,

9. Markin Vyacheslav, 1969 , deputy of regional council – died in a hospital,

10. Mishyn Serhiy, 1986  – died in fire,

11. Nehaturov Vadym, 1959 – died in fire,

12. Nykytenko Maksym, 1982 – fell to the death,

13. Petrov Hennadiy, 1985 – gunshot wound,

14. Sadovnychi Oleksandr, 1954 – died in fire.
