MILITARY FIGHT BACK AN ATTACK OF THE EXTREMISTS NEXT TO SLOVYANSK: TWO UKRAINIAN OFFICERS DIE

As of May 2, 09:30pm, next to Andriyivka village and near the city of Slovyansk, a group of armed extremists attacked military officers of the 95th separate airborne brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was informed by the Press Office of the Ukraine’s Defense Ministry.

“Fierce clashes continue. Information about the death of two Ukrainian military is confirmed,” the statement reads.

As it was earlier reported, during daytime, extremists were trying to prevent paratroopers from carrying out their task by blocking the bridge. At the same time, the armed extremists were using well-known tactics for them: they were involving civilians, including women, in blocking of the object.
