“Luhansk governor” announces a “state of emergency” in the region

The so-called “Luhansk governor” Valeriy Bolotov announced about imposing a curfew in the city of Luhansk and “state of emergency” in the region.

“We announce a curfew from 11:00pm till 06:00am on the territory of Luhansk region,” he stated in his address.

Bolotov wants all Special Forces officers, who are not citizens of Luhansk region, to leave the territory of the region and local law-enforcers “to swear to the people of Luhansk.”

“We are not going to negotiate with Kyiv authorities. All negotiations and attempts to reach an agreement with us are stopped,” he stated.
