According to the chief of the Anti-terror center Vasyl Krutov, five Ukrainian military died and twelve were wounded during the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine.
"Five died, twelve were wounded on the side of the Anti-terrorist operation forces," he said at the briefing in Kyiv.
As it was earlier informed, yesterday, May 2, next to Andriyivka village and near the city of Slovyansk, a group of armed extremists attacked military officers of the 95th separate airborne brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The information about the death of two Ukrainian military was confirmed.
