Dozens of victims have died due to the well planned action, Yatsenyuk



Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk ordered the prosecutor's office to find the organizers of the events in Odesa and investigate the actions of local police top officers during his visit to Odesa today.


Arseniy Yatsenyuk has emphasized during his meeting with the leaders of the socio-political, economic and cultural spheres of Odesa regions that the latest events are the tragedy for the whole Ukraine.

The dozens of victims died due to the well-planned action. The action against people, against Odesa and Ukraine, PM stated.

According to Yatsenyuk, the prosecutor's office should value the actions of local law enforcement agencies.

He has reported he asked the local prosecutor's office to relegate the investigation of this case to the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. He also instructed the Main Investigative Directorate of the GPO "to create the joint investigative operational team, consisted of the representatives of all subdivision to find all instigators and organizers, all those, who launched deadly assault on Odesa and Ukraine under the Russian leadership and to investigate the activities of all local police top officers".

If Odesa police had worked not only at "7th kilometer" (one of the biggest outdoor markets in Ukraine, originally created in 7 km away from Odesa) but had protected the people then all these terrorist organizations would have been neutralized, Yatsenyuk supposed.

According to his information, the corresponding staff turnover is going to happen in Odesa MIA office today.
