Captured OSCE observers establish contact, Foreign Ministry of Germany

Representatives of the western countries have for the first time established contact with captured in Slovyansk OSCE observers.

The representative of Germany’s Foreign Ministry has informed journalists about this, ITAR-TASS reports.

While answering the question about what organization exactly established the contact, he said that OSCE negotiates on their release.
