Canada extends sanctions against Russia

Canada has announced it imposes additional sanctions against the Russian Federation due to its policy against Ukraine.

"The Prime Minister Stephen Harper has circulated an announcement today saying Canada imposes additional sanctions against 16 Russian actors", the statement says, published on the official website of the Canadian Prime Minister.
It is not mentioned whether those are physical or juridical persons.
Harper has emphasized the new sanctions are imposed because "there's serious concern of the international community with the Russian policy against Ukraine".
The Canadian PM has added "there should be further actions if the Ukrainian sovereignty and the territorial integrity are still in danger".
