Luhansk separatists, who seized the department of the SBU on April 6, are building the barricades.
A correspondent of “Vostochnyi variant” reports this.
In particular, Sovetskaya Street from the side of the SBU is blocked with iron shields and the highway is overwhelmed with tires. Sporting people in masks are staying there.
Moreover, the building of the department of the National Bank is surrounded by iron fence.
