PGO accuses Yanukovych, Yakimenko and Zakharchenko of creation of terrorist organization

 
The Prosecutor’s General Office of Ukraine accuses ex President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, ex chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Yakimenko and ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko in creating of terrorist organization.

According to the press service of the PGO, the Prosecutor’s General Office carries out an investigation on criminal proceeding against former high-ranking officials on part 3, article 258 (act of terror that led to death of people) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In particular, it is noted in the report that it is established that Yanukovych, Yakimenko and Zakharchenko “in collusion created a terrorist organization, which activity led to death of people on February 20, 2014 at Instytutska Street in Kyiv, and also they involved soldiers of the Security Service of Ukraine and Interior Troops of Ukraine in this organization”.
