Pro-Russian Activists Barricade Entrance To Seized Regional State Administration Building In Luhansk

At night pro-Russian activists barricaded the entrance to the seized regional state administration building in Luhansk. Tyres, palisades, barbed wire, and sandbags are at the entrance and on the steps. Sacks are seen in the broken windows in the main floor of the building. There are no people inside or near the building. The entrance to the Region prosecutors' office building is barriered with a low fence, the building itself is empty. The entrance to the Internal Affairs Ministry Region Directorate is not barricaded, police vans are passing by from time to time; there are no people. Russian flag is installed on the regional appeal court house. A low wooden fence is near the city hall, and several men with submachine-guns. It is calm in the city centre, there are almost no people. As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on April 29 pro-Russian activists seized the regional state administration building in Luhansk.
