Court in Kyiv considers case on ban of Russian Bloc party

The District Administrative Court of Kyiv began the lawsuit of the Justice Ministry to ban the political party Russian Bloc.

To remind, a draft law to ban the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada in March. Recently, the public movement Spіlna Sprava (English: Common Cause) has approached the Justice Ministry to ban the activities of the Party of Regions and the Communist Party.
