Deputies planning to bring Tsariov to responsibility

 People's deputies at a closed meeting voted for amendments to the laws in the part of bringing people's deputies to responsibility.

Batkivshchyna faction MP Andriy Senchenko has said about this, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“A situation has emerged when individual deputies are working for the split of the country, carrying out activities aimed at spreading separatism and terrorism. However, today, we made amendments to the law in the part of bringing people's deputies to criminal responsibility. Earlier, such a petition could be submitted to the parliament only by the Prosecutor General, and now, according to amendments and changes, also by the Acting Prosecutor General,” Senchenko said.

At the same time, he said that the Acting Prosecutor General has already submitted a petition on bringing people's deputy Tsariov to responsibility.

“As far as I know, there is one petition on bringing Tsariov to responsibility, but it was not considered, since the law has not come into force yet,” Senchenko said.
