Criminogenic situation in Luhansk Oblast is out of militia’s control – Interior Ministry

As of today a criminogenic situation in the Luhansk Oblast is out of militia’s control, because a big number of firearms got in residents’ hands.

The Public Relations Department of the Main Department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine in the Luhansk Oblast disclosed this to UNIAN.

According to militia, a big number of smash-and-grab raids, murders, plunders and car thefts have been committed during recent days.
