Unknown poisoned military in Donetsk and region and took away their weapons

General Prosecutor’s Office has established that on May 3, 2014, unknown in Donetsk region poisoned five military, captured them, took their weapon and tried to seize BMP-2 Infantry fighting vehicle.

“The Prosecutor’s office is conducting procedural guidance within the criminal proceeding, under poisoning of military and seizing their weapon in Donetsk region. Law-enforcers have begun criminal proceeding under the Article 147 Part 2 (Hostage taking), Article 262 Part 2 (Stealing of firearms) and Article 426 Part 2 (Omissions of military authorities that caused any grave consequences) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message of the GPO reads.
