3.2 million ballots printed for the referendum in Donetsk region
Within the preparation to the referendum in Donetsk region, 3.2 billion ballots were printed on printer.
As pro-Russia activists state, they are stored in the building of Donetsk regional administration. The invitations for the referendum have been also printed out; they are distributed among the houses, glued in the entrance halls.
Separatists have informed that they continue the process of forming election commissions and the referendum would be held in each locality of Donetsk region.
Reminder: on May 11, separatists plan to hold a referendum in Donetsk and Luhansk regions on the status of so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic.” The only referendum offered for consideration is “Do you support the state independence of People's Republic of Donetsk?"
